Dr. Josh Watkins grew up outside of Duluth, Minnesota. He did his undergraduate studies at the University of St. Thomas. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 2001. Over the past 20 years, Dr. Watkins has been has helped thousands of patients in the southwest metro. He has been trusted by NFL and NHL athletes to get them back in the game, and he works with area medical specialists to achieve the highest level of care for patients.
Dr. Watkins and Catherine live in Prior Lake with their three children. In his free time, Dr. Watkins enjoys spending time with his family and coaching their youth sports.

Dr. Lindsay Hartley grew up in Saint Cloud, MN and did her undergraduate studies at Bethel University. Currently, she is a Graston Technique Specialist and emphasizes her practice in sports injuries and muscle rehabilitation.
Lindsay is currently coaching volleyball at Club 43 and enjoys being able to extend her love of health and wellness to the younger generation
Some of Lindsay’s favorite things to do in her spare time are spending time on the lake, playing volleyball, working out, and spending time with family.

Dr. Aaron Pfaff grew up in New Ulm, Minnesota. He currently resides with his wife, Whitney and two daughters in Shakopee. He enjoys staying active through sports, especially amateur baseball in the summers.
Aaron appreciates all the people he gets to meet and help with the use of his hands through chiropractic. Being able to help relieve pain, increase range of motion, and improve quality of life is what he finds most rewarding.

Amber Ernst became a licensed massage therapist in Texas in
2008. In 2020 she became a licensed instructor. She taught anatomy and kinesiology at New Beginnings Massage School in Killeen, Texas. Amber enjoys helping people recover from injury and pain as well as maintain a healthy lifestyle. With her knowledge of anatomy, she can find and massage the unknown points of tension that are contributing to pain and irritation. Over the years, she has developed several techniques to massage deeper tissue without the intensity commonly associated with deep tissue massage. Amber believes every patient is unique, and she designs her massages to meet her client’s needs.
